Cant view my western digital hdd files?

After about two years of use my Western Digital, my book 1tb won't display my files. I was recommended to a pro gramme called arconis. Arconis made the drive viewable but I still want my data, after trying several backups, I can see the driver unlock app but no data. Is my data encrypted? If so, how do I decrypt it? can i get the data back?
