Is/can Carpal Tunnel Syndrome be congenital?
Congenital means you had it before you were born. But recent studies have suggested that carpal tunnel can be in the genes and more apt to run in some families. Insurance Companies are saying that if this is true then we don't have to pay for carpal tunnel treatment. Each individuals symptoms for carpal tunnel is different has nothing to do with parental relationships. Our symptoms are different because of what repetitive motions we did to cause the injury. My questions to you. What is your treatment plan for your carpal tunnel? Most surgeries are done on an out patient basis and are success full..Nursing Degree
