My car has been sitting idle outside of for 2.5 months. Should I be expecting any problems?

I have a 2007 Acura TSX, automatic transmission. I'm honestly not mech savvy at all, so I just found out last week that car batteries die after the car has been idle for a while, although I have plenty of friends who have left their cars idle for a month or so without needing to do anything. What kind of problems should I be prepared for when I get my car?
