Are Conservatives just out right telling lies about Health Care rahter than actually debating the merits?

They now run a commercial that states how the Government would choose your Doctors and it would be up to a board to say yes to treatment for you. This is a total fabrication and has absolutely no basis in fact. You would have a choice to stay with your provider or choose from a list of other private insurers. Would Conservatives rather lie than debate the merits?
