Magic: The Gathering - Returning lands to play following Exile - Do effects still work?

In Magic: The Gathering, if Ruin Ghost's ability is trigger ("Exile target land you control, then return it to the battlefield under your control") and targets a land with an ability which triggers under the context of "Entering the battlefield" (Such as Teetering heights or Smoldering Spires), does the land's ability still trigger even though it would have been brought onto the battlefield for a second time from exile?
