Is this a major reason people have animosity towards cops?

Unfortunately, cops often abuse their power... What's more, nobody likes being pulled over or, worse, arrested. Some of them have no education (they only hold HS diplomas); therefore, they definitely lack people skills and mistreat those who get in their hands... However, there are some that are nice and I salute them! Somebody's got to do the job!
