What happened to Sylvester Stallones....?

Nose,when he was in the first few rocky films his nose was narrow and pointed but as hes got older it seems broader and flatter,as far as i know he hasent done any real boxing and u wouldent get pastic surgery to make ur nose look like his does now,i dont think its just natural ageing i mean if ur nose is thin its thin if its broad its broad unless its altered through a contact sport surgery or accident or drug use making the bridge of his nose collapse but hes not knowen for drug use is he??,any ideas ???
