Parents, I want your opinions on something.?

If you didn't want your underage child on birth control, but the health department gave it to her anyway, would you be upset? Also, if an underage girl gets birth control from the health department or even her doctor, is it contributing to the delinquency of a minor if she's below the age of consent? I only ask out of curiosity, I know many young girls and parents of young girls use/allow the use of birth control. I mean from a technical standpoint.
