How to make my fence meet the 5ft Height requirement?

I have a 4 ft wrought iron fence that needs to be at least 5 ft to meet the code requirement where i live to build a swimming pool. Does anyone know of any tricks to do to p code without having to redo the whole fence. It runs for over 100 ft long. Thanks!
