Hi, I am an Attorney from Nigeria in West Africa,to migrate to the US and sit for the California or New York?

Bar exam,now which of these bar exams is easier to p and what are my chances of securing a meaningful employment on ping the bar.I am interested in working as an In-house counsel rather than in litigation and i do not have a social security number or resident permit yet.Thanks.
