Do you think she knows? Should she be told?

Honestly it sounds to me as if this guy is running from something. Did he change his name legally? If not then how did the woman marry him and still not know his real name? If she does know his true name but chose to use the alias, then it would be my guess that she is helping him to hide an identity. Stranger things have happened.
